1. Ask the question
Add a Conditional decision step and list its answers — for example, whether the site needs airspace authorization.
2. Branch on it
Then select a later step and choose Only when. Pick the decision and the answers that make the step appear.
3. See the flow
The Flow view draws every dependency and branch, so you can see the whole procedure at once.

Build a checklist with a decision step and a step that depends on its answer.
